Stores that want to grow, with a large catalog and many apps to connect. It fits when you plan to sell at volume or across more than one channel. In Mexico it charges cards with Shopify Payments, which accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex in pesos. Some local needs, like electronic invoicing, are solved with apps.

Tiendanube
Stores in Mexico that want payments and shipping designed for the country. It fits when your customers pay in cash or in installments: Pago Nube includes cards, cash at OXXO and interest-free installments, and Envío Nube integrates DHL, Estafeta and FedEx. Cash was the second most used payment method on Tiendanube in 2025.

Small sites and stores on a tight budget. It fits when the catalog is small and you want to start at the lowest cost, with site and store in one place. It has fewer extensions than the others: it doesn't have a robust app store.

Kommo CRM
Organizing the sales that today are made through WhatsApp or Instagram. It fits when more than one person serves customers and orders or quotes get lost between conversations. For one person with low volume, the free WhatsApp Business app is usually enough. Also, the cost per user climbs quickly in teams of more than 5 people.
